I'm alright. [ a little out of breath, but not like devastated. his own emotions ping as this very serene sort of calm. a bit dead. but there's a current of amusement over the top of it as he gets a little closer to her. ]
You don't need to worry. I'd complain if I couldn't keep up.
[ his tail brushes against her leg as he comes to stand next to her, because that anxiousness worries him a little. ]
